No you don't.  :)

It sounds like  your fuel pump relay. Jumper 30 (always ON 12v) to 87
(power to pump in this case) and your fuel pump will take off and run
until you pull the jumper back out. Drive around and see if the clicking
is gone + is the performance back to normal.
