Simple answer. No.
Here's what I did. I asked around and the only way
I found to do it is to use the starter. After getting all of the fluids in the
car, I left the spark plugs out and disconnected the coil wire. Then I cranked
over the motor until the oil light went out. This may take a while if you have
an external oil cooler like I do. Then install the spark plugs and coil wire and
start her up.
BTW, the cranking of the engine should also get
your fuel lines filled up if you had them disconnected for the engine
swap.
