The easiest way to do it is, buy a new car. 
Transferring the new smell into an older car is one of mans (chicks too
but it usually gets covered with "Obsession, Opium (my fav) and a few
other chicky smells. Its all good) most difficult challenges. Getting to
the moon was easier I think. 
One way is to buy new carpet. I know this gives a good portion of the new
car smell. Im sure the rest is the coverings of the seats. Dunno. 

I know there were a few products on the market that offered the new car
smell in a spray bottle. Non of which smelled anything like a new car to
me. 
The search begins for you young Dan.
