I don't know if you guys have the same thing in your particular parts of
the country, but here in Colorado they switch to an oxygenated gas (gas
mixed with Ethenol or MTBE or some other CRAP!) in the winter.  I
typically lose 10-15% on my gas mileage no matter which car (Diesels
aside).
