The last time I was told 1 week, it ended up being 6
mo's.  The bodyshop mgr got arrested for dealing coke,
the stealership found out that he had been promising
insanely short turnaround to customers.  It took 4
mo's to get the correct parts ordered.  I had to get
the Better Business Bureau, me screaming at the new
shop mgr and a friend at a lawfirm after them to get
them to finish the job.  Then it took me pleading with
my ins. company to get the work they screwed up fixed
at a cadillac dealership they recommended.

IMHO - Cadillac has some of the finest service that I
have EVER dealt with.  Ford would as soon spit on you
as fix your car, but those boys at Cadillac will treat
you with uncalled for amounts of respect.

If I could afford any of the nice rides (northstar 32v
coupe) I would get it in a heartbeat...
