Piggy backing on that, seeing as Kent cams are offered as regrinds, and I
remember a company out East that actually provided cam regrind services, has
anyone reground their cams for higher duration/lift?  I have a spare set of
cams and got to thinkin' (uh oh!), why pay close to $400 for reground Kent
cams that I can probably have done at a reputable shop for half the price?

I know the rule, "you get what you pay for", but I also like to spend my
money wisely.  Am I paying for a set of Calvin Klein jeans when I can get
the same out of a pair of good ol' Levis?  :)
