I just ordered 6 of the puppies with Stephy's logo, from Land's End. 
All you need to do is call their corporate sales line (800-338-2000),
give them the logo# (0019781C) and order away.  You must order at
least 6 pcs to avoid an extra setup charge.  No further discounting
from there until 1000 pcs.. :0

I ordered the low-profile hats, and will let everybody know how they
turn out.  If they look half as good as the pic of the logo came out,
they'll be killer!
