Always-on radiator fan $0.02

RE:  wiring the radiator fan to run continuosly:

VW kinda beat you to it.  If you're in Dallas and you run your AC, the 
fan should come on (unless like me you've got water corroded fuse box).
I've heard good things about RedLine Water Wetter.  I use after the 
coolant is couple years old to hopefully rejuvenate some of the chemicals 
used up.

As I live in the Dallas area, I was considering forcing my radiator fan to
run full blast as long as the motor is running to keep everything as cool as
possible.  Is this a bad idea?  Any suggestions for what to tap to run the
fan only when the motor is running? Other issues?
