Vanagon lights on a Mk 2

I noticed that the headlights on the newer Vanagons look alot like the
european lights.  Can they be installed on the Mk 2?  Not that I plan on
doing this (I already have eurolights), and I can see no real reason to
do this, unless someone wants the look of the eurolights and can get the
Vanagon lights cheap at a bone yard or something...  I was just
wondering...
