Scirocco's v.s. Cabriolets...pwr. windows

Ok,...does anyone know for sure if the "control module" for the scirocco's
power windows are the same as the one for a cabriolet?  I'm looking at a
cabriolet that is a 1990 model for my wife, but the "control module" that is
suppose to sit under the passenger side of the dash is
gone....therefore,...now pwr. windows.  The dealer wants $250.00 for
it....any one know if the roccos had them and if they are compatible?  Any
one have one?
