Northern NJ southern NY tech help wanted

I was wondering if there was anyone in the Northern NJ - Southern NY
area who would have some spare time to fine tune my 16V scirocco?

EXamples: Paint, replacing some parts, putting in a new dash,making the
engine run faster and smoother, and so on.. (The car is realy nice shape
, It's just that I dont have many tools or the experance that many of
you have.
