Battery and OXS light woes...

Hey Guys,

Was driving home last night and sure enough my Battery and OXS lights both come on...and stay on! Not a good thing! my Volts are at about 12(down from normal). Does this sound like a bad voltage regulator?? If so what's involved in the install. I've got my bentley at home but haven't had a chance to take a peek yet. Any help or input would be appreciated.
