Re: Fuse panel and wiring problem.



   I had this problem a little over a year ago as well as several other
electrical gremlins that were very hard to trace, duplicate or eliminate. I
ended up getting a good used relay plate/fuse block from Mark @ Adirondack.
After I removed my old one I was able to see some rusted contact for relays
that led me to believe it had been exposed to water at some time. Probably
from a leaking windshield gasket, since sealed.

  had this happen on my '86 8v. replace the fuel pump relay. $15 for the
relay is cheaper than the $350 to have to tow it from wisconsin to ohio
(personal experience).
