interior blower/fan

  after getting the '85 running, i've found that the heater & a/c blower
inside the car doesn't work. comes on, spins, but grinds like that cute
dancer in the night club. :) how hard is this to replace and should i
get one from the yard or buy new (ie - what the price difference?)?
c'mon, the '85 has a/c that works and it's beginning to get warm.
