I'd give yourself a 3 or 4 hours to be on the safe side (something unforseen
always happens!).  Difficulty?  That's all relative to the person doing in
the install and the equipment they have.  I don't think doing anything to
the Scirocco is all that difficult with the right amount of patience and
willingness to buy the proper tool when needed.

I think the 16V swap is .80.    I got my .75 from Potterman, of course. :)
