You can still get the Key with the cover. When I was in Germany Dirk ordered
one
and got it. It took some time for it to come in but it is possible to get
it. I have one that
is not cut yet but it is the original one from my 88 GTI 16v. The light
still works too.
You may have seen it at New Dimensions with several of the Scirocco toys
and pins that I had on display. I personally do not use the cover but I do
like the key.
My 16v Scirocco has this style Key.
