Sounds more like a road hazard claim...
Side wall bubbles are usually caused by a cut on the inside of tire.
Do you remember hitting any harsh pot holes? Is there a ding on the
wheel?
If the inside of the sidewall gets pinched, it can cut it a little, which
will weaken it, causing it to bubble out.
