RE:Suzuli swift turbo

I posted a letter couple of weeks ago , talking of a 16V 2.0L Golf that
beated the Suzuki Swift Turbo and the Seat G60 and the BMW E30 M3 , do
you remember ? and back then i didn't know what was up with that Golf ,
yesterday i met suddenly the mechanic who modifeid that Golf , and he said
they installed the  head and inlet manifold and double camshaft of
the 1.8L 16V KR to the 9A engine , and they installed a coil amplifeir
and the scirocco 1.6L close ratio gearbox FK code , also the guy was using
some decent tires ..... SO is all of that enough to beat the BMW E30 M3
and the Seat G60 and the Suzuki Swift turbo ?
