Full Throttle Fuel Enrichment!

Hey All!

I noticed when I was at the import drags recently that it didn't feel like
my fuel enrichment was working.  Now, maybe I am wrong but doesn't the CIS-E
systems on the Scirocco 16v's have the fuel enrichment system built in?  I
was under the impression that it did have the fuel enrichment hence the wide
open throttle switch.  Anyway, I tested mine today and while the throttle is
closed I get voltage at the cold start valve, but not while it is running
and closing the WOT switch.  I have tried this on other cars that come into
the shop and at an idle if you close the WOT switch, it will  richens up the
air/fuel mixture, but not on my car.  Maybe the fuel enrichment signals on
the CIS-E system runs through the DPR?  Anyone?  Any and all help will be
appreciated!!
