Maybe your system voltage is low.  Let's check it next time.  Could be 
corrosion on the connectors too.  We can measure voltage drop on the wires 
and see what funky thing is happening.

Actually Doug and I looked and found that my lights are indeed relayed.  Why
they are somewhat yellow is beyond me.. funky relay job maybe??
