Car at home :) head analysis

OK, so I FINALLY got my car home. Pulled the head today. 4 bent valves 
(ouch!). Thanks to Dave Barwick my car was safe and under great care.

Question: 4 bent intake valves (no contact marks on the other valves). 
Should  replace them all? The head only has 6k miles on it since it was 
rebuilt and p/p.

Question: Is there anything else I can do while I am at this point to 
improve performance (I plan on running NOS when all is said and done).
