1. When pressing the brake pedal, go only about half way in the stroke.
Do not press all the way to the firewall.
2. Do the brake farthest from the M/C 1st and work your way closer.
(assuming NA car) Pass rear, drivers rear, pass front, drivers front.
That's the two main things I can think of, GL.
