As far as I know, Kamei makes a mesh grill.  You can find a picture on Virtual World's (Mike Potterman and wife) at:

Venom Motorsports makes a 3 slat grill.  I just got through ordering a number of them for myself and some fellow listers.  They look pretty good and are fairly reasonable at 50 pounds each.  You can see a picture of them on fellow lister, Adam Garside's site:
