Re: Audi/VW v6 transplant?

I've been hearing a lot of problems with the vw v6, not saying that it is a
bad engine, but it seems that the audi v6 would be a good candidate.  Aren't
the two engines similar in makeup and design with the exception that the
audi have 5 valves per cylinder.
