I cannot comment on water wetter because I do not use it. But what I do use 
for the summer and same for winter since down here we don't have a winter is 
a mixture of 50%coolant to 50% Distilled water.  I find that this mixture 
provides the best cooling for the engine in the summer. Oh, and I use the 
orange phosphate free coolant. Later
