Jeez I hope they don't give us the raspberry... here are a few excerpts from
captions under Sciroccos, from their Waterfest '98 coverage:

Under a picture of a Tornado Red 16V, which appears to be bone stock and has
a BIG slew of trophies parked in front of it:
"Above: Trophies prove that the world's ugliest lights and bumpers needn't
be a handicap in America"

Under a picture of a Flash Silver 16V on the autocross course:
"Above: Well, a Scirocco 16V has got to be good for something..."

And possibly the worst slur, next to a pic of a blue Mk2 on the autocross
course (Shawn??  Hard to see much detail!):
"Left: Big, empty car park and a bunch of flattened cones - must be the
Scirocco display team"

OUCH!!!  Not one, but THREE very nasty slams tossed our way on the same
page.. Brutal!!

"Big empty car park"??  They shoulda seen ND this year!
