16V Rev Limiter

Hey Everyone,

Well, I hit my arbitrary mark of 1000 miles on my 2008 cc 16V that I built,
and that means I've been revving it up all weekend. Boy is that fun!

Well that brings me to my question...On a 16V Scirocco with CIS-E, there is
a rev limiter built in that cuts the fuel at 7200 RPM's. How do you disable
this feature? Mine is kicking in at about 6900 RPM's (the stock RPM guage
might be a little off.)

It's not that I don't want a rev limiter at all, I just don't like the fuel
cut-off style to that leans up the engine. I never had to worry about it
before, but this new engine winds up so fast that it bounces right off of
it. Now that's a blast!

TIA! -- Craig
