NO. That you should consider the rest of the list and use a basic common 
denominator.

HTML is not related to email other than it makes things pretty.

Not everyone has, wants, or can make use of HTML encoded email.

Don't get all bent out of shape because you sent out the latest type of 
content and got back feedback that says- Pls don't do that.
