Bitchy wipers.

Now that I fixed my bitchy sunroof (can of Fluid Film, Bentley in hand and
some TLC) my wipers are crapping out on me - specifically the delay wipers
and the squirter don't work anymore. I replaced the relay but alas, that's
not it. (Wasted $24 too!)  Any ideas?  I really don't want to dig out the
circuit tester, I had enough experience with my old electrical nightmare
Cabriolet!
