Rough Idle STILL

I still have my rough idle...after replacing O2 sensor and all vacuum 
hoses...I have concluded that it is either a leak in the exhaust system 
somwhere, a bad catalytic converter, or that I somehow damaged the O2 sensor 
when I put it in, or I put it in wrong...How do I find/repair a leak in the 
exhaust system? and how can I check the cat for being clogged? BTW, I finally 
got a Bentley...That book is better than I expected.
