   I used a TT flexpipe repair kit on my 16v. In retrospect I wish I had
gone ahead and bought the entire TT downpipe/cat. The kit cost $150, the
labor to cut/weld/install was $75. For $100 more, I'd have gotten the entire
thing. I later had problems with my cat becoming clogged.(more time & $)
