Very Non-Scirocco: moving to DC

Ok, well i have one more semster here at Umass Amherst, i just 
received an offer to work for a web-development company in 
Washington DC(www.doceus.com) and i was wondering if anyone 
on the list could either convince me, or un-convince me to take it.
So, any listers from that area want to plead their case?
(As you may have guessed. please respond to me, as the list 
probably doesn't care in general  :o)
