The tow hooks are part of the bumper attachment.  They go away when you put 
on your eurobumper.

Recently I've been considering getting at least a front euro bumper, but
one of my front tow hooks is seriously bent and twisted up, like it hit a
curb or parking barrier. I can't remember for sure but I think these are
welded onto the frame. Is there anything I can do to straighten it or
otherwise repair it? I'm afraid it would look really stupid with euro
bumpers because the tow hooks show a lot more with the euros.
