Fw: (Mk2) Bilstein Sport vs HD

Now with the Bilstiens, I noticed that they don't come with bump stops but
with boots only.  Does this  mean there is some type of internal spring to
keep them from bottoming out?  I plan on putting a set on my A1 with spax
springs and I don't want to be surprised when I hit a bump and hear a SLAM!!
I had boge and monroes on it before and they had bump stops when the struts
were fully compressed they didn't SLAM.  LMK!!!! TIA!!!
