You can get the Iltis from the Canadian army just like you can get the 
Humvee from the US army...  You need to look out for those surplus 
auctions... $60,000!  Canadian Dollars I hope!  Even then... Isn't the body 
entirely plastic?

Our governments have a tendancy to over pay suppliers.  Makes it easier to 
divert funds to "covert operations" for the sake of "National Security".

Maybe Noam Chomsky drives a Rocco,  he'd make an interesting list member.
