[non-roc] no compression!?! audi-4k

Ok, my buddy with the '85 Audi 4000S 4-cyl 1.8l just had his head rebuilt. 
We put the whole thing back together and there's no compression at all on 
cyl 1. Every other cyl was doing great.

We replaced the head gasket, removed the pistons to re-hone the cylinder 
walls, put 'em back in the right way... basically gave everything a once 
over.

I'm thinking a valve stuck wide open? How? the head was just rebuilt!
