[web] page update & directory

  for anyone interested, i've added a 'tune up specification' page to my
web page. it's under 'volkswagen'. while you're there, if you haven't
already added your name to the directory, go ahead and fill it out. i
should only take a couple of minutes (unless you're chris delong :)
