First of all just go buy a Turbo magazine and call one of the many advetisers 
that rebuild Garret turbos I am sure they can tell you all you need to know .

And as for just "bolting up" that TD stuff onto a regular 8V its not going to 
happen . 
I have the TD manifold and turbo here and there is no way to do it on a non 
crossflow head since the intake and turbo want to be in the same place at the 
same time . 

My friend just took delivery of his  turbo8v.com manifold and even with that 
you have to slighly mod the intake manifold .
