Re: Power Steering

There are two ways to get your wheel back to straight.

Method 1.
a. Point wheels straight ahead.
b. Remove crooked steering wheel.
c. Reinstall steering wheel straight.

Method 2.
a. Put car on alignement rack
b. Adjust tie rods so that the steering rack is centered.
c. Remove crooked steering wheel
d. Reinstall steering wheel straight.

my dad's a great man and all, but when he put my new rack back on, the
steering wheel was turned slightly. the problem is now that the steering
wheel is either too far left or too far right. anyone have a suggestion
on how to remedy this problem (other than removing the rack and
readjusting)? thanx.
