I would think that if the gasket looks good, it probably is.  That gasket 
won't see temps as high has the one between the lower manifold and the head. 
  I changed mine when I changed the valve cover gasket just because I felt 
better!  The euro gasket should have larger holes because of the larger 
ports, no?

How crucial is it to change the gasket between the upper and lower intake
manifold? I seperated my euro manifold to polish it and was wondering if I
should bother changing it or not worry about it.  And is there a different
gasket for the euro intake manifold then for the american manifold?
