A3 brake question

One of my coworkers asked me to replace the front rotors and pads in her
'95 Jetta 2.0.  I anticipate the job being easy, and similar to my A1/A2.
 But never having looked at them before and not having a manual, I just
want to know if there are any catches I should  be aware of.
