Check your sunroof drains, the best thing I've found to use is an air hose, 
there are four drains one at each corner, the ones in the rear are the 
hardest to get too.  On my brothers '8816v we took the panel out (we where 
painting the car) replaced the sunroof seal and blew out the drains with an 
air hose, he had a problem with water in the rear passenger compartment floor 
board.  So far it fixed the problem.  Good Luck.
