Strut housing juice

Hello all:

	What is the recommended fluid to put into the strut housing?  I just bought 
Bilstein sports and the instruction sheet mentions pouring out the oil but 
no mention of replacing it.  Leave it dry?  Isn't it required to facilitate 
heat dissipation?

	If the fluid should be replaced, is oil or antifreeze better?  If oil, what 
weight?  How much should be used?  Thanks for any answers.  benton-----
