horrible vibration and noise (cont.)

well, i was about to change the rear trans mount when i noticed i had
some oil leaking down. i looked for a spot where fresh clean oil was
coming out and i found that it was dripping out the side of the pass.
side of the diff housing. where the mount for the inner CV is. so i
moved the wheel and noticed that the mount wobbles. im hoping this isnt
going to screw up my trans, is it? is this fixable? what is it, the
drive flange seal? can that be easily replaced from under the car?

please help!!
