Yellow Mk1 sighting in Kirkland Washington

Would there happen to be any lister on here owning a Yellow Mk1 with
Zender front spoiler & side skirts, 16" TSW Revo wheels and tinted
windows?  If so, how come you dont wave back?!?!?!  Anyone seen this
car, or know who owns it?  I think I met the guys dad once, that is if
this was the car he was talking about...
