Thanks guys.  Now I can buy a whole bumper to fit the '87 and steal the bare
bumper bar off of it to swap onto the '91.  As long as I can get the dent in
the cover out.  Anybody ever tried that?  I'm thinking a heat gun and some
judiciously applied pressure should bring it close to it's original form.
