1. Trace the coil 12v wire back to the fuse box, still getting less than
12v+ on the fuse box end? Might need to replace that wire as it may be
holding back power.
2. Car turns over real slow: battery drained from repeated attempts?
Battery really cold? Ground straps and battery posts/ cables have
corrosion coating, need reconditioning/ replacement.
