Ben is correct, they all take the 8.9" rear rotor.

Front rotor sizes:

9.4" all 8V Sciroccos, '83 and up are vented
10.1" '86+ Scirocco 16V
9.4"   '85+ GLI/GTI 8V
9.4"   '87+ GLI/GTI 16V 1.8
10.1" '90?+ GLI/GTI 16V 2.0
11"    '89+ Corrado
