Other than replacing the M/C you might consider this-

- Flush ALL the fluid out. Replace with a good DOT 4 fluid. During the
'pump the brake' procedure do not go all the way tot the floor board nor
pump to strenuously. 3/4 pumps are enough.

- Swap out the old rubber lines from the hard lines to the calipers with
teflon/ stainless steel braided lines. This will improve the feel of
your system as the old lines tend to balloon out when subjected to all
that pressure.

Potter has them, I'm putting mine on this weekend (finally).
