16V Project Update!

Y'all,

I almost have this car back together.  I tried starting it today and the
motor spun but didn't catch.  Where do I start in getting it to run?

Timing is not a specialty area of mine so I'm inquiring about how do I time
up the 16V motor?  I aligned the crankshaft to the notch on the valve cover
and I put cylinder one on TDC.  However, I didn't align the intermediate
shaft and I found that the number one spark plug wire was not aligned to
rotor.

So now what?  Any ideas or suggestions?  Thanks
